Purpose:
The Presbytery Administrative Team will oversee the work of the Personnel Group, Budget and Finance Group, Investments Group, and Property/Presbytery Office Operation Group and make reqular reports to meetings of the Presbytery.
Members of the Presbytery Administrative Team:
- Moderators of the following groups: Personnel, Budget and Finance, Investments, Property/Presbytery Office Operation; elect own moderator
- Executive Presbyter and Treasurer, ex officio
Responsibilities:
- Meet regularly to assure that the office and day-to-day operations of the Presbytery are running smoothly
- Invite moderators of Mission Teams, committees, and other entities to attend Administrative Team meetings in order to discuss areas of concern
- Facilitate the reports of the groups of the Administrative Team to the Presbytery
- Coordinate efforts to enable funding of the Presbytery’s programs and requests for funds
- Deal with administrative functions of Presbytery as needed
