Blankenship Fund Grant Application The Presbytery of East Tennessee Blankenship Fund Grant is available to congregations within our presbytery for building and property maintenance projects. The goal for 2026 is to provide 2 to 3 grants of up to $5,000 each. The Deadline for Applications is October 31st. The Leadership Council of the presbytery will review applications and award grants by December 1, 2026. Questions?
